    Who is the real old wrinkly orange fish in the Bully episode that is twice accused of kicking Spongebobs butt?

    i dunno.....but that part was pretty unfair, that they beat up the old fish who didn't rly do anything at all

    I think the definitive Old Man Jenkins is the one in The Sponge Who Could Fly, as he was the only one who had a purpose in the plot.
    I don't know about the orange old man, but you might be able to find his name in Good Ol' Whatshisname.

    Also in the Creature from Bikini Bottom game he looked the same as in the Sponge Who Could Fly.
