Yeah, like on my tv, it says that there's an episode called Safety Freak SpongeBob, Even though it's supossed to be I Had An Acident.
Plus, Nautical Novice already premeired! I've seen it a billion and four times.
I think the schedule will go like this:
Mon: Patrick Picks A Nose
Tues: The Patty Caper
Wed: Plankton's Regular
Thurs: Boating Buddies
Fri: The Krabby Kronicle
In my tv schedule it says "No Nose Knows" tomorrow (monday) at 6, then Nautical Novice at 6:15. And yeah, you're right, they are always messing the name of episodes up, by putting the original names on the guide, like:
Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V to Superfriends
Spy Buddies to Spy Bob
I Had an Accident to Safety Freak Spongebob
etc.

It wasn't. First off, the first episode of the week did air as "No Nose Knows" and the two new ones are separate.
