Pest of the West is delayed until May.

Also, in Season 6, there is supposed to be 13 episodes and a TV Movie. I think.

I think they showed season 5 too fast..

They aired season 5 in the amount of time it should take to air one season: one year.

They've aired more episodes now more than any show i think. the power hungry new writers keep making dumb specials like Best Day ever, Atlantis SquarePantis, and Friend or Foe and putting a nice little marathon along with it. It's getting annoying kind of.

No way it has more episodes than Rugrats. In fact, it's number of episodes would need to almost double.

Hi Orangelord. For Pest of the West: I am estimating, because in my first post, I read on Amazon.com that it was coming to DVD on April 14th, so I was thinking, It could come out a month before on TV. But a few days ago, it said June 14th as its' DVD release date, so I estimated again.

For the Season 6: Who DOESN'T want a season 6? I mean, there has to be. It's a great show.

In a season 6 of Spongebob, they might have hidden jokes that say that it's coming to the end of the series, like how they did it in "Brandy and Mr. Whiskers". But I don't know.

There would probably be some big event when Goo Goo Gas airs. That is the way it is for almost all new episodes.

Doubt that, it is currently nominated for "Kids Choice Awards, 2008" so ending it wouldn't make any sense would it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spongebob

Yeah I read somewhere on viacom.com that spongebob is getting a seventh season

Spongebob & Fairly Odd Parents are getting a 7th season and Back At The Barnyard is getting a 2nd season.

    Probly an 8th Season

I already know 2 Season 7 episodes but this may be a joke.

If you don't already know (and you have to be living under a rock or absolutely HATE Spongebob) by now but Pest of the West aired for the first time last night. I thought it was going to be a one hour episode like Atlantis Squarepantis but it's more along the lines of Where's Gary. If the 6th season has not yet aired, then why does the episode guide show that there have been a bunch of episodes in that season? I for one am extremely excited that there is going to be at least one more season. It should stay around for another year at best so that it can have a 10th anniversary marathon or an anniversary episode like the Rugrats did with the All Grown Up episode. This is my FAVORITE show of ALL TIME and I'd be VERY sad if it was going to end before the 10 year mark!
