No,it is not really a rip-off of Pat No Pay to be honest. It was kind of funny and it was pretty good. But i really don't want to spoil anything.

Well, i don't know how to use The Spoiler Tag, so i will put the spoilers in white. Just highlight over it to see it.
Patrick is sick of all of his friends not being able to play with him because they have to put on their Krusty Krab hats on and go to work. But some Tourists come To the town and Mr. Krabs can't get them to eat at The Krusty Krab. So he hires Patrick to stand outside with a sign pointing to The Krusty Krab, but he keeps putting it in the wrong direction. So, he starts spinning the sign which blows the Tourists away and Mr. Krabs tells him to stop. But Patrick asks if he can have the hat and he gives it to him and Patrick can't stand up and he keeps falling down. But some Fish see him standing up and falling down and think it is funny so other fish pay Mr. Krabs to see Patrick stand up and fall down ( It is revealed at the end he keeps falling down because of The Hat). That is all the spoilers i can really say.

Weird, it was there when i watched it. In Case you didn't notice, Go to Nickeloadeon section and look for Spongebob and it is called No Hat on the screen, but when you go to it, it is called No Hat For Pat.
But it was still good though.

Well, you need to go to the section Kids, then Nickeloadeon, and then Spongebob and the episode will be there. If it is not there, then i don't know why it is doing that.
Anyways, if it doesn't work, you can see it during the upcoming marathon though.
Also, I've never seen so many episodes on the SpongeBob section! there are like 14 episodes including SB vs TBO and a 1-minutes short of SpongeBob trying on differente outfits, that was so cute!
