    There's another new DVD, to be released January 27, called Spongicus.

    Bikini Bottom turns upside down when SpongeBob and Patrick become gladiators in the title episode Spongicus. Plus more fun and foolishness as Squidward tries to write a music composition, Plankton starts a rock band with Patrick, Squidward and SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs becomes more obsessed with money and SpongeBob taps into his spongy-ness all on one DVD!

    Also, in other news, there will be 23 new episodes next year. Depending on when Season 6 is finished, most of those are probably from the already confirmed Season 7, but this still tells us that Nick will be celebrating SpongeBob's 10th anniversary.

    Cool, it's about time a season six DVD is being released. One of my top 10 favorite episodes is on the DVD. But wow, 23 new episodes for season seven? That's a new record!

    Awesome! DVD's with only like 8 episodes come relatively fast to the UK. I'll be looking out for this one closely!

    i sure wish they didn't name the dvd spongicus though. i wasn't too fond of that one. they should have named it Suction Cup Symphony (which is my favorite of the five listed)

    I don't think so, not after the insuccess of the previous one.

    Also, while I hated the episode, I must say that the cover looks cute!

    Totally. The 10th anniversary of one of the greatest cartoon shows of all times has to be BIG. I smell a star on the Hollywood Wallk of Fame, wath you think?

    No, what if they had a contest, whoever wins get to voice a new Spongebob character, and habg out with Tom Kenny, and other Spongebob stars, and you could meet the writers, the people who worked on Spongebob! Would you guys enter this contest, and I know some of you guys want to say something to the writers!

    I'd enter. If I won, I'd want to voice an English fish that appears in one episode (but I can do American accents pretty well ) I wouldn't say anything bad to the writers, but if I saw the ones that helped write my 4 most hated episodes, I'd give them a good telling-off.

    That would be awesome because I admire the guy, but I meant the show itself could get a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame just like The Simpsons and Rugrats, the cool thing is thta both of those shows got it at their 10th anniversary, so since SB's 10th anniversary is just around the corner it actually has a pretty good chance of getting one! :w00t:

    And yes, I'd totally enter that contest, being a voice actress is one of my frustrated dreams, I can be a latina fish! lol
