I know there's a difference between the old animation and the new animation. But what is it exsactly. It's obvious it's different but I can't put my finger on what's it is.

I think the new animation is brighter than the old one. Other than that, I can't really see a difference.

The new animation is more polished and technically superior. Personally though, I think I prefer the look of season three.

Yeah, season 3 had the best animation. I think my least favorite, though, is season one's; it was just too pale.

I kind of liked Season 1's animation, but I guess that's because I like traditional animation so much.

But yeah. I'd say Season 3's was my favorite of all of them. I don't like how a lot of the new characters are starting to look ugly and weird. Some of the ones in the Legends of Bikini Bottom series of episodes were kind of gross.

The outlines are a problem. It's too thick. The colors are too bright as well. Perhaps Spongebob could be a more paler yellow then really bright contrast yellow.

Yeah, I agree with you. I think he's too brightly colored lately.

Well, I'm a big fan of bright, stand-out colors, so I personally don't have a problem with that aspect of the show. But I do miss the level of detail that went into secondary characters back in the first three seasons.

Nowadays, somesecondary characters seem to be hastily thrown together and just seem to lack that level of polish that the original seasons had.

I'm not complaining, though, because this is still my favorite cartoon on television, and I love new episodes.
