some of you really hate fan boy and chum chum... so do I, but still- do you guys even WATCH it? Like, you hate it, obviously it's your opinion it's a bad show, but... do you watch it? If not, why harbor so much hatred for it if you don't watch it? It's like teens/adults that hate teen singers, such as Justin Bieber. But... they don't even listen to him, so why hate him so much? I understand how you can hate shows, movies, etc so much... but why spend so much time hating a show if you don't even watch it (obviously you wouldn't want to watch a show you hated, in which case, what harm is it if the show is on. kids obviously like it and you don't, so it's not hurting you by being on). Of course, if you guys DO watch it, that's also up to you. I just don't get why you would hate a show so much if you don't watch it; I also don't see why you would watch a show you hated so much, but I'm not gonna change people's opinions... I'm not trying to.

I watched a couple episodes of Fanboy and Chum Chum, and I never found it interesting at all. I mean the characters look and are weird, the humor is not very funny, and it's plain annoying alot. For example, I saw one episode about Boog (the dumb dude who plays Chimp Chomp) thinking there was a monster in the store, and Chum Chum kept saying in the mist like everytime he said monster, and while it was ok the first time, he must of said it at least 30 more times before the episode ended. To me, I think the annoying factor can produce occasional laughter, however, if it's misused (used too much) it can deprive into the show, and I feel every episode of Fanboy and Chum Chum they misuse this factor

That was the first episode I watched, and I thought Chum Chum saying "the mist" was the only remotely funny part.

Yeah I agree. It was funny like the first 2-3 times he said it, but they overused by the end of the episode

so this year at school will be my third at the school i go too, and as such, i don't know some of the teachers. i got my class schedule and for history, it said "Keely Morse." I figured this was the 11th grade history teacher's wife (because i knew the 11th grade history teacher was named Mr. Morst, but i didn't know his first name). But I'm talking to a friend on facebook and he told me that Keely is Mr. Morse's first name. suffice to say I was embarrassed because all this time I thought that was his wife...

I'm surprised I'm older than what seems to be a lot of people here (or at least I'm assuming I'm older, I'm going into my junior year while most others are going into freshman year/sophomore year, unless you were held back or something in which case I apologize).

Ok, since this is off-topic, what do you think are the best and worst cartoons airing on CN and Nick at the moment?

Worst Nicktoons airing at the moment:

    ~Fanboy & Chum Chum

    Best:

    ~Spongebob

    --------------------------

    Worst CN toons:

    ~Adventure Time

    ~Hero 108

    Best:

    ~Garfield Show

~Courage(Does this count since it IS currently airing on CN, even though it's ended?)

    ~Ed, Edd, n Eddy

    ~Flapjack

    ~Pokemon

    ~Chowder

    ^ Just my opinion.

Another bad show that's soon to air on CNis "The Regular Show" It looks like a total piece of crap.

^ Well to me Regular Show looks quite good it reminds me of Spongebob (The characters) and has a lot of adult humour like Spongebob

I watched the preview clip for it, and I personally don't like it. It doesn't click with me the way most good kids shows do, like Spongebob, but again just what I think, if you like it thats fine

I haven't. I saw a thread about it on another boards but assumed "A thread for the old Yogi Bear cartoon? pff, most of us are too young to have enjoyed it, it'll die." and after days without seeing that thread on top i thought i was right, then i heard it was a movie and just wtf'd too much to click on any trailer.

dan akroyd(sp) is Yogi and Justin Timberlake is Booboo(Or Bobo or however you spell it)

it's a mix of live-action and CGI animation

almost every 'gag' in the movie was Yogi getting hurt (such as a scene near the end with him getting hit by a fence repeatedly trying to board a train). i put ' ' around the word gag because it didn't look funny. i hope this movie gets panned by critics (now watch, critics will love it).

There's a trailer for the movie out, and that's what he's referring to

when i put "every gag in the movie was..." i meant the trailer. I'm assuming that's why he told me it wasn't out yet; I typed too fast and made it sound like the movie was out when it obviously isn't.

It still looks terrible. and there's a new Smurfs movie coming out next year...
