    It's when you add information to an episode guide or person guide. If you can rack up enough points, you can become the editor of one of the guides.

    Yes, but the minimum level is Level 2 or 3, I believe. Since you're at Level 9 (what it says above your post), you're good. Besides, if you were not at those levels yet, the system would tell you that you can't make submissions.

    Actually, last month I made a contribution of an episode recap of the iCarly movie iFightShelbyMarx, and I was only on level 4 I think
