    Oh my god, I don't know what's going on. SpongeSebastian is suspended too. And threads are being locked left and right. I haven't gotten anything myself, but I'm getting really concerned now. Who's doing this?!

    I know I'm glad I was lucky. But not that SS, Chewster, and that70sguy wasn't. It just doesn't feel right that that happened to them!

    We haven't given someone a reason to report us, but they find ways to do it and report us anyway.

    This is the response from TV.com Moderator.

    "There has been an increase in the number of violations in that forum recently. That means there will be an increase in the number of moderations, and eventually an increase in the number of suspensions and bans.

    We can't answer questions about or otherwise "explain" other users' moderations. If the users you mention have a question about a specific moderation in their history, they can PM us or post here. If they're currently suspended, they can wait until they return from suspension or send an email to support@tv.com while they wait.

    You put it best in your blog. "be extremely careful what you say or do." Although you don't have to be extremely careful. All you have to do is follow the same rules we apply to every other forum when issues are reported to us:

    Stick with the topic the thread is about (the Spongebob forum has an off-topic lounge, other threads don't need to go off-topic as well);

    Remember that other users aren't on-topic;

    Don't post disruptive one-word or emoticon-only posts;

    Don't excessively quote previous posts;

    Don't post oversized images; and

    Don't quote someone doing any of the above.

    We haven't locked threads left and right. The only threads we have locked were the ones where the people violated the rules above so much that they ruined the original purpose of the thread."

    My guess is that this forum has been neglected from moderation for so long, when they finally decided to check, there were a load of TOS's given out. This may or may not have been the result of one person reporting a bunch of us.
