    the way i see it, the title "mystery with a twistery" implies that almost the entire episode is going to be a mystery. if people have the assumption that the entire episode is a mystery, they might be more interested in it, as mystery is a popular genre. so, it's a ratings thing. that's my opinion anyway

    That's a good point, even though the people who had been hoping for a mystery plot would have walked away disappointed.

    I knew it wasn't going to be a mystery so I wasn't let down. I knew Patrick was going to be the one with the key even before I started watching the special. Besides those two things I found the special to be very good. Beginning to middle - Went from Great to Bad

    Middle to End - Went from Bad to Great

    The last half was defiantly the best as it had great jokes and a lot of action.
