This is from the King Neptune episode in 2000:

This is from the episode where Spongebob and Patrick help Mr. Krabs feel young again. It takes place at Bunny Buns I think.
KIDS: (running around Mr. Krabs) Can you feel it Mr. Krabs? Can you feel it Mr. Krabs? (kids continue giggling)
MR. KRABS: So, you wanna know if a can feel it?
SPONGEBOB + PATRICK: Yeah!
MR. KRABS: Do you really wanna know if I can feel it?
