    Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob is one of Season 5's best, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV is one of Season 3's worst. So Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob, by quite a bit.

    Not being disliked means great reception. And I don't like it. Having a negative opinion on a positively recieved episode = Overrated.

    MM&BB IV, though it's one of my least favorite Season 3 episodes. It made me laugh more than MM VS. SB, which didn't make me laugh at all.
