LOVED this episode. It's definitely one of my favorites from Season 9. That montage was awesome. There were some pretty funny moment. The concept was very cool and creative. I got to learn about Captain Frosty Mug's past and that final line SpongeBob made was hilarious. haha

OVERALL: 10 out of 10

I figured someone would beat me to posting! Lol. I went to the show's FB page. I kinda meant to post earlier. Anyway, it was nice/decent. I liked when they showed SB swishing the milkshake on him in slo-mo. I liked when they played the song "Milkshake" in the commercial when they showed that part. Lol. The song itself, just sayin, seems a lil... Also, of course, the instructor was a lil' strict. There were other things I thought about as well.
