i heard in 2011 that Spongebob is going of the air is this true? this is one of the best Nick show ever since the orignal All that or Kenan and Kel.

After season 7 finishes, there are two whole left to go, so no, SpongeBob is not ending anytime soon.

Besides, didn't in some other form they say that Season 8 was going to be airing episodes as fast as Season 3. We still have a while yet (I think).
