According to TV.com's guide, this episode is airing in December. However, I did a search and I couldn't find any realiable sources confirming this information. Is this episode real and, if so, does anyone have a link?

I'm not sure. Everyone seems to think it was the old title for Porous Pockets.

Truth of Gold was announced from Spongepedia, and it first said something about Nat and Evelyn finding the gold. Later, the plot was re-summarized.

It was first described as "SpongeBob finds gold" and then we heard about Porous Pockets and assumed it was the same episode with a name change.
