Well, in recent years Squidward has been much more annoyed with him than he used to be in the first three seasons. If thats the case then a couple seasons from now he might go so crazy he'll just start doing a whole bunch of bad things. Or maybe even worse.

That sounds like a scary thought...poor Squidward...

Actually, I'm surprised Squidward doesn't just get a restraining order. Problem solved. Spongebob and Patrick would go to jail and Squidward would have peace. Hey, I'm sorry if this offends anyone, but I would do it in a heartbeat.

OK, but something like that is not possible since Squidward in fact has some deep caring feelings about Spongebob. If Sponge ever did time due to him, Squidward would at first be happy living alone at last, but later he would feel so sad that he would lose himself.

In earlier episodes, Squid would just get annoyed by whatever Sponge was doing. Sponge never really annoyed him intentionally. In the newer episodes, however, he seems to want to stalk Squidward, which I guess would constitute to annoying him on purpose.

So all this stuff about Squid losing it is correct. Sponge pretty much refuses to leave Squid alone for even the smallest period, which is causing Squid to go insane, as well as destroy any soft spot he had for Sponge in the past.

That's true. I mean, imagine smelling flowers and someone's nose is in yours.

Yeah, the "Sponge stalking Squid" thing began in Good Neighbors and it became a regular thing in the series ever since. Examples of this include Breath of Fresh Squidward where he uses the sunrise as an excuse to watch Squid sleep and in House Fancy, Sponge says he's been stalking Squid for I think an entire day. I think this terrible element also started the whole "Sponge Has the Hots for Squid" thing that's been happening lately, which means Hillenberg's words about Sponge being asexual would be null and void at this point, not to mention all the controversy that comes with this.

Back on subject, Squid used to be hard on Sponge, but now he's too easy on him. If this weren't a kid's show, Squid would have bought a gun by now.
