    Yes, there's a fine line between voicing your opinion of the show and just antagonizing fan of the show. It's going to happen in any forum but people who read these are most likely fans and not haters. It takes a special kind of person to go out of their way to find a forum and post hateful things with no real purpose. I have friends who hate the show, but then I don't think they've really watched it enough or given it a chance. 

    With so many computer generated cartoons on TV, it's easy to dismiss them at artless crap (which a lot of them are) but Spongebob has a special quality and superb writing. There's a lot of adult humor thrown in, but in a way that kids would mostly be oblivious to. So I can watch the show with my 11 year old nephew and enjoy it as much as he does. It's really a very special show and people are defensive of it for that very reason.

    Well it's all about opinions. Gym Partner and Squirrel Boy fans can't stand it when we dump their shows but we do it anyways. It's probably the same for Spongebob haters.

    Yeah but there are many things on forum topics like this show rocks or this show sucks. People who hate the show can't restist to comment.
