Well, not litterallly SpongeBob's boss meaning Mr. Krabs. But suppose SpongeBob worked for you at the Krusty Krab, and Squidward was your other lazy employee. What would you do?

I would give Squidward more money so his life would be less miserable. I would probably treat SpongeBob better too.

If I was the boss, SpongeBob would kinda get on my nerves. I'm fine with the way it's run right now... No, not really. This is tough.... I know! I'd keep them both there, not do anything, and add Patrick and Sandy to the staff. Then there wouldn't be just two employees, so the employees wouldn't have so many responsibilities. Sorry, I'm OCD-ish sometimes.

He would show respect to me, so I would show respect back to him. I would fire Squidward and replace him with Patrick. But I think he will be really happy.

I would suggest Squidward another career involving his areas of interest and pay Spongebob at least $7.25/hour (which is the current minimum wage in the U.S.)

I don't know about adding or removing employees, but I'd raise SpongeBob and Squidward's pay for two reasons:

1. SpongeBob would get all the money he deserves for the loves he's offered for eleventy-seven years.
2. Squidward would have more motivation, if not enough.

If I were SpongeBob's boss, I would pay him a lot of money because he is so hardworking. I would also get Benson from 'Regular Show' on Squidward for sleeping on the job.
