In "Mrs. Puff, you're fired" i think, mrs puffs boss said that spongebob failed i think he said 1,000,003 times. in that other episode Where he fails, he says one more year with you. if thats true, than he spent 1,000,000 years failing her class...

It's just a goof. SpongeBob is NOT 1,000,000 years old.

I think he was just exaggerating, I don't think even Mrs. Puff would have the patience to give the road test to Spongebob 1,000,003 times.

In "No Free Rides" he probably didn't mean a whole other year. If this was true, then how come in "Boating School" did he fail a test one day, and do another one the very next day?

No he isn't its just an expression, exageration. He isn't a million yrs. old. I don't think she meant a "whole year" with spongebob either. Classes like those are maybe a couple of months at most.

He gets like 32 tries a year or something, plus what other people said above me.

In one episode Squidward said something like "We do this for 40 years, and then we die." That could mean they are around 30-40 years old, no matter how childish Spongebob is.

I think SpongeBob is around 40-50 because he won around 300 employee of the month awards.
