Sexual Innuendo/Innuendo means a double meaning to something(uasually a sexual double meaning. Say if in a show or movie,the male charecter is eating peanuts and hanging out with a female freind and says..."my dog is getting away,hold my nuts!".Obviously he means the eatible and tasty child snack,but it could also be a double meaning on the writers parter referencing to the "balls" the male species have. This is the best way i can exsplain,so hopefully you understand...
