    It means people believe everything on the news. Manytimes the news is opinionated, and still some people just believe everything like lame little baby birds begging for more.

    The people who call him gay are the real gay ones!!! They are just taking the blame on SpongeBob, so they don't catch the person, so that this man who calls him gay can resume having porn sex with the other man. America has got to think harder to find out this truth!

    THE ONLY REAL SPONGEBOB OR PATRICK COUPLES ARE:

    SpongeBob/Sandy and Patrick/Mindy.

    Ha! They both have girls which means they can't have each other!!!!

    Yeah i agree, Sandy looked like she was really interested in him to as she always questioned him in "Tea at Treedome" and said in a lingering way "it must be fascinating being a sea critter." In "Ripped Pants" I cant believe some people didn't catch the Sandy/Spongebob hints in there! he sang a song for her and when he was trying to lift those marshmellows, she was all smiling and looked interested in him. Patrick's got Mindy, so they are not gay!

    Tom Kenny is a great comedian from Bob Odenkirk and David Cross's sketch show, Mr. Show with Bob and David. He was one of the few cast members who was on the show from beginning to end. Besides Spongebob Squarepants he has also done voices for Dilbert. I just would love to know why he would work on this garbage show. Spongebob is so gay! Why does everyone like him? Tom Kenny deserves better. He should be doing stand-up comedy again. This show should be canceled. I have had Nickolodean blocked from my TV since 2000. Then they came out with that Spongebob Squarea** movie. How annoying those commercials were. Then there were the Burger King commercials with there Spongebob toys. This show wouldn't bother me as much if people didn't talk about so much.

    Hes had Nickelodeon blocked out since 2000? then he's just judging on what he's seen in the beginning. SB isn't gay and the first season even had proof of him liking Sandy.

In support of this statement, in early episodes it's revealed that SpongeBob reproduces by budding and making baby sponges come out of his holes; this is not so different than what real sponges do. But some fans argue that SpongeBob has a human-like sexual identity, because sometimes he will panic when he's shown not wearing underwear, as if he were a human, and run back to his pineapple and hide.
