How long does it take to make a spongebob episode?

    Please don't vote unless you actually know tha answer.

    It's probably answer 3... I heard that's how long it takes to make an average cartoon, but the creator never said how long it took (as to my knowledge).

    Ideas?

    erm, I can't see the poll O_o but I know for sure that it's from 9 months to a year since that's what I've heard the writers saying in several interviews.

    erm, you do realize that they don't make one episode at a time. Let's say I come up with the idea, and you and me partner up and storyboard the idea, and then we call SpongeSebastian to help us with the script. Then the voice actors record the voices. Then we send that to Korea so they animate it. Well, my point is that it takes a lot of steps to make an eppie and while some people do something, another group of people are occupy doing something else.
