Scooter died in Bubble Buddy, but he's still alive. Also,he never talks and if you look closley,he makes cameos. But his voiced changed in Good Neigbors(There he is!) and Wigstruck.(Let's start a riot).Isn't that strange?

I noticed that with "Born to be Wild" as well. Instead of his trademark surfer "Haw-haw-haw-haw-haw-haw-haw" laugh, he gave a gruff "Hih-ha-ha!" I don't get it. If they still have Dee Bradley Baker on the show, then why don't they bring back the Scooter laugh we know and love?

In "Wigstruck" his voice literally scared me.

I miss his old surfer dude voice and laugh. Unless they bring it back, he's pretty much a useless character.

Well, if they brought back the "My leg!" gag, then there's a good chance they might bring back Scooter's old voice.

You're right, let's hope so. But the again, the "My Leg!" guy's (Fred's) voice didn't change, just his catchphrase, so it might be a little different...

Actually, it's not Dee Bradley Baker who does Scooter, it's actually Carlos Alazraqui (the voice of the taco bell dog) who voiced scooter. I think he left the show after he voiced Goofy Goober in the movie.
