The Gist of Gum is about this subject:
Patrick gives SpongeBob ABC(Already-Been-Chewed) Gum, but SpongeBob wants to get rid of it with out hurting Patrick's feelings.
This sounds like a good episode!

The credits for Best Day Ever showed Gift of Gum in the credits assuming thats the episode thats part of it. So its likely that it is real.
