My favorite would be The Gift Of Gum,Bummer Vacation,Wishing You Well,Squidwood,Squidtastic Voyage,Once Bitten,Fear Of A Krabby Patty,The Lost Matress,Selling Out,Krabs Vs Plankton,Wigstruck,Ghost Host,Chimps Ahoy and Krusty Towers.

I would probably pick Wishing You Well just for the scene with SpongeBob, Squidward and Patick all stuck in the bottom of the well alone. It's pure, classic, and Patrick at his finest in season 4.

1.   Wishing You Well
2.   Krusty Towers (it's not first because I have seen it too much)
3.   Once Bitten
4.   Bummer Vacation
5.   Have You Seen This Snail?

Haven't seen many. So far, I'd say Fear of a Krabby Patty (one of the most underatted SpongeBob episodes ever).
