Sandy is funny too especially on the episode Squirrel Jokes. Sandy is funny sometimes.

I'd say ... I don't know, they're all pretty equal when it comes to being funny, since they usually only are when they're really mad.

I guess I'd say Mrs.Puff though.

Sandy is my favorite and the her lines are usually pretty funny "that would make me happier than a June bug in a porch light sale"
Mrs. Puff comes at a close second, though.

Mrs Puff for me, especially "Oh SpongeBob! WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!" I wish she could speak in her inflated voice when she gets inflated like that in more episodes... that'd be SWEEEEEEEEET!
