i saw the commercial yesterday for it. i dont know when its going to air but it said in april.

SpongeBob is sick and tired of Mr. Krabs and Plankton always arguing and fighting and decides to settle it. He asks them why they hate each other so much, and the two both recap of flashback tales of how they fell out and began a rivalry, each saying it is the other's fault. At the end Karen tells the real story and then Plankton steals the formula and Spongebob and Mr. Krabs chase Plankton and Karen.

It might be a hit episode because from the way things are going, the SpongeBob crew has hired new writers and the episodes in Season 5 are well liked. Also, because the plot isn't a boring plot like The Best Day Ever, but a better plot like Have You Seen This Snail?
