For me it would be a tie between season two and season three. But since my favorite episode (SpongeBob's House Party) is in season three, I choose season three as my favorite. However, if my favorite was still Shanghaied, then I'd pick season two.

To be honest, I really like season 1, since it was so new and fresh, and I like the animation and episodes, but 2 and 3 are the runners up. Definetly. Can't stand any of the new episodes.
