I only noticed two, and only the panty raid one seemed very controversial. The other one was from Chocolate with Nuts:

My two favorite innuendos were in "That's No Lady" when Patrick gets naked after everyone thinks he's a woman, Squidwar's eyes got shrivled up and he said, "I think I need to take a shower!". And in "Mid Life Crustacian" when they did the panty raid XD.
