It's just an overall consistently good episode. I have trouble picking out a favorite. But if I had to, maybe I'd go with the "technique" for being one of the most memorable parts of the series.

The technique. And when Squidward is playing his clarinet all good bending on a knee and he stops and says "I rock" lol, thought that was pretty funny
