My personal favorite? His Royal Highness, King Gary Star.
Wanna know where I got the last name from? OK, let's think about it logically. I looked closely at the bikini Bottom RoyalFamily Tree in Rule of Dumb. Herb Star's (Patrick's dad) dad was Billy Bob. No last name was given, but as it was his father, it had to be Star. Now, Billy Bob was also the father of Slugga in another marriage to Maw Tucket(NOT Slugma as the episode guide so mistakenly says), meaning his last name was Star. Slugga Star was the parental unit of Gary, meaning Gary would inherit his father's last name, being Star. Chew on that if you will.
