I vote Band Geeks.

Why: 1) I never saw "Chocolate With Nuts." 2) Band Geeks is pure awesomeness with humor and the performance at the end.

Ok, now THIS is a war, since these are my top 2 all-time favorite episodes. But.... Chocolate With Nuts is my #1! Why? Because it's so awesome, the humor is incomparable, really SpongeBob and Patrick at their best!
