30. The Civiotic War / Prison Break-Out

The Civiotic War: After failing to make Patrick leave the Fried Shrimp, Squidward decides to try a new tactic. Since SquidBob discovered that they can stretch their heads, he decides to take advantage of this new ability by telling a sick lie about SpongeBob to Patrick. This sick lie is about SpongeBob calling Patrick "Tubby" again. Patrick doesn't believe this and for a short while, draws a conclusion that Squidward is lying, like a genius would, but when Patrick is about to go to the market to get bubble soap, he overhears a conversation on the shellphone. The conversion involves SpongeBob talking to SpongeBill about the high prices of Kelpo. SpongeBob comments about a guy who stole cereal, calling him "tubby". Patrick mistakes that guy for him and runs into the room, punching SpongeBob in the chest continiously, threatening him to apologize. SpongeBob tries to convince Patrick that he did not call him Tubby, but Patrick punches him anyways. SpongeBob encourages Patrick to talk about this, but Patrick keeps on punching. SpongeBob acknowledges that the only way to ever be best friends with Patrick again is to hurt Patrick to knock some sense into him, but is that really the right thing to do? SpongeBob decides to hurt Patrick...with words, making Patrick very angry. This would turn into a war, involving more weapons. Will they ever get along?

Prison Break-Out: When driving Patrick to Le Fishla (a French restaurant in Aqua Bottom) for a welcoming party, Dave stops at a gas station to get seagas for his boat. Then, just when Dave is about to insert the key into the keyhole, Patrick complains about a stomachache. Dave tells him that he will get aspirin for him when they get to the restaurant. On their way there, Patrick turns violent and jumps on Dave's seat. Eventually, they crash into a police boat and get arrested. They are put in Aqua Bottom Jail where the conditions are terrible. Rick complains that it was all Patrick's fault for getting [us] into this mess and believes that Patrick never should have entered the city in the first place. Patrick feels like getting ice cream. At first, the prison is okay, but it turns into a nightmare. Terrible food, violent excercing, etc. SpongeBill wants to share a plan to break out of prison, but he can't share it because guards are always watching prisoners. Finally, he gets to share his plan, but the others think it's ridiculous. He tries again and again to share his plan, but his plan always gets rejected. Will the others listen?

31. Enter the Crazed Ex-Doctor's Home / The Makeover

Enter the Crazed Ex-Doctor's Home: Candy has heard about Patrick coming to Bikini Bottom. She has heard from her friends (mainly Squidward, SpongeBill, Rick and Dave) that Patrick is the dumbest seacreature that they have ever seen, so she invites Patrick over to her house. Surprisingly, no one, not even her friends, ever visits her home. Candy lives near a poor, urban part of Aqua Bottom where the crime is very high and the houses are covered with graffiti. Candy doesn't live in one of those houses, but yet, her house isn't normal. She takes Patrick to a dry, abandoned field (used to be part of Aqua Bottom when Aqua Bottom was in its "western/cowboy" days). Now no one even bothers to live here. Candy takes out a remote control and a trapdoor opens. She takes Patrick down there and turns on the lights. It turns out that her house is underground and that she has a bunch of medical tools (if you've been reading these episode ideas, you'd probably tell that Candy used to be a doctor, revealed in Anorexic Gary, episode 10), a real table to perform surgery, etc. There's a even a television set for Candy's entertainment. Patrick asks why he is here. Candy tells him that she's going to perform surgery on Patrick to find out why he's so dumb. At first, Patrick is fine with it, but when he sees large needles, a special knife (it's a knife with a computer on it), and anasthetics, he panics and tries to run away, but Candy's security robots grab him and hold him. Candy and her robots apply anesthesia onto Patrick and makes insisions onto his head to reveal his brain. It turns out his brain is the size of a walnut. She adds her "homemade" brain cell growth formula and puts stitches onto his head. Patrick wakes up and he's at SquidBob's house. He thinks it's a dream, so he watches the Bob and Uncle Show and suddenly acts strange. It turns out that the brain growth formula made him dumber than smarter. Patrick goes on a rampage, destroying objects for no reason and disturbs the peace. Even the super police women can't stop him because Patrick transforms him into "dumb zombies". Now, most of the citizens of Aqua Bottom are zombies and they're planning to turn all the citizens of other towns into dumb zombies, starting with Trippen Bottom. Who can stop them? Well, Candy herself, but she doesn't know how to turn Patrick back to normal. In fact, she did not know what ingredients she put in the brain growth formula (this is the reason why she got fired from her job, something always went wrong when she tried to do something). Candy enlists on her former friends (surgeons at her old hospital called Trippen Bottom Hospital), but the friends want no part in her "terrible schemes."

The Makeover: Ever since Patrick arrived, people are looking at SquidBob more than ever. Squidward can't stand this, so he sends Patrick to the salon where Tina works. Tina is disgusted, gags, and even vomits when looking at Patrick's face. The best thing to do is to give Patrick a makeover. First, Tina brushes and flosses Patrick's plaque-filled teeth. She then decides to give Patrick a shower and give him a beautiful brown wig. Tina goes to a nearby store and buys some new clothes for Patrick besides his shorts and takes out a blue suit and tie. Patrick puts it on and the final thing Patrick has to do is learn some manners and etiquette. Once Patrick is finished, he changes dramatically. He is less disgusting to his friends and actually looks handsome, which attracts many ladies. They keep piling up and when they are done, it is reported that there are about a million ladies. Patrick wants to buy a chocolate bar and one of the ladies does that for him. Patrick likes the treatment, but finds it creepy that all those ladies keep following him. Patrick decides to run away as far as he can, but it turns out that most of the ladies in the entire world (the fishs' world) are in on Patrick and run after him. The ladies want everything that makes Patrick, Patrick, even parts of his body and SquidBob. How will Patrick get away.

Spoiler: At the end of The Makeover, Patrick rolls around in dirt, takes off his clothes, and drives every lady away from him. By the way, there's going to be a 30 minute episode after this one.

Squidward Quits/Larry FatPants

Squidward Quits: Squidward quits(twas the name, duh.) the Krusty Krab and starts working at the Barg'N Mart. The Krusty Krab needs help, so they hire Patrick as the cashier. Will the Krusty Krab fall apart? Can SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs get Squidward back?

Larry FatPants: Larry spots some fat on his chest so starts working out an hour more. Sandy is trying to convince Larry it's OK, but he won't listen. Soon, Larry has worked to much. So much, he's hospitalized. Can Sandy save her friend Larry?

Cheater Cheater/Sandy's Gone

Cheater Cheater: In Boating School, there's a pop quiz, but unfortunately, SpongeBob can't remember a thing! So he cheats.

Sandy's Gone: Sandy's going to Texas, and this time for sure! She leaves, just before the Goo Lagoon Surfing Contest. And Sandy and SpongeBob are on a team together! Can SpongeBob still win, without the smartest squirrel in Bikini Bottom?

Clari Nett-While SpongeBob and Patrick are blowing bubbles, SpongeBob pulls off his strongest bubble: The Bomb. The bomb explodes and Squidward's clarinet snaps in two. Will SpongeBob ever be friends(If he started.) with Squidward again?

Patrick Love-Another starfish in Bikini Bottom? In love with Patrick? Yup, Patrick gets seriously lucky and gets a girl. This is the only person besides SpongeBob who really likes Patrick for who he is but Patrick wants to keep her forever.

Gary!(Half-Hour special with your host, Patchy the Pirate and Potty.)

Gary is getting older in his life and goes to the Snail Home. They will take care of him, but will Gary be there forever? Can SpongeBob get Gary back?

Healthy Or Not!-The health inspector comes and says there might be poisoining in their food! This strikes Bikini Bottom crazy, leading the Krusty Krab out of business. Will Bikini Bottom be the same?

New Neighbors-The neighborhood get's  a new house that looks like a cherry. Two married fish move in. Will this be a problem?

Competition-A new resturant opens next to the Krusty Krab, so Mr. Krabs sends SpongeBob to see if the food is delicious. It is. Now the Krusty Krab has 2 competitions. Plankton and the new resturant: Kelp-Alicious.
