    I only saw half of "Karate Island", on account of me having to leave halfway through the episode.

    But Pearl acted just like I expected her to in "Whale of a Birthday".

    Karate Island seems like a Karate Choppers Rip-off.

    Whale of a Birthday seems like a Squeaky Boots Rip-off.

    I missed them, i'll have to check them out.


    UPDATE: I just watched Karate Island, it wasn't so bad, could have been better. They did spoof MM &  BB II, with Spongebob getting happy when his mail comes.

    I think there could have been some sort of continuity during that part. For a possible instance, when the mailman said, "Do we have to go through this EVERY time I bring you your mail?!".

    I've just seen Karate Island. It was pretty good, though not quite top-10 material. Nevertheless, it served its purpose.

    It's also another episode featuring Sandy, which in my book is great. Makes up for her limited screentime in the movie. If you like Sandy as much as I do.

    Yeah, Sandy is cool, but she's not my favorite character.

    Actually, she's not my favourite either, but she IS my second-favourite. My favourite is Patrick, and it's a little disapointing that he isn't getting as much screentime as he used to.

    Still, Sandy does the job. Plus we get to see some of her little "quirks", if you will (namely that she can perform spirital meditation, and the fact she is ticklish).

    I just Karate Island on Youtube and I loved it But R.I.P Pat Moritra and Squid doesn't know what he's in for.

    I know I'm a HUGE Spongebob fan, but this episode is dissapointing and one of the WORST episodes with bad plots!
