    I thought the episode was funny! when Patrick and Spongebob kept trying to get off the ship and Spongebob said, " Well thats a closer one...." and he kept saying it, then the Flying Dutchman kept groaning and saying, "Welcome back!" Anyways you get my point, it was an awesome episode. I never watched it when it aired in 2002, So i never got to see Patrick or Squidward's endings when they end up inside the Flying Dutchman's stomach anyways.

    Yeah, had a pretty good plot too, and when Squidward was falling into those meatballs or spaghettis? then he said, "well glad thats over!" then re-appears back with spongebob and them was funny also.

    Squidward was definitely funnies in that episode.

    Gary takes a bath wasn't so bad either, it was funny. Especially when Spongebob was doing that weird dance to get Gary to take a bath.

    Me too, ive never seen the other endings except Spongebob's but i did read them in a transcript somewhere.

    I've seen all of the endings.
    Ending number one(this is the one they showed on Nick):Spongebob wishes that the Dutchman was a vegetarian.
    Ending #2:Squidward wishes that himself,Spongebob and Patrick never met and still get eaten.
    Ending #3: Patrick wishes for gum.
