I've seen it and it's pretty good. No spoilers though!
I give this episode an A. I especially liked Squidward's dancing number.

Sort of. It seemed like early Season 4 animation at some parts.

Her voice did change. It was lower than usual. At least this episode had action unlike other episodes.

It sounded the same as in Friend or Foe and earlier episodes, but it seemed slightly different from some Season 2, 3, and 4 episodes.

Yes. It was closer to Season 3 animation though.
