    Well , he appeared in Walking Small , Party Pooper Pants , My Pretty Seahorse , Bubble Buddy and some others . Plus he has funny laugh .

    That's the point. He doesn't appear in a lot of the episodes of those other seasons. By the way, he also appeared in "I Had an Accident" and "Once Bitten" I believe.

    I didn't really like that episode. I'm glad they're focusing on settings other than the Krusty Krab, but do we really need another "Patrick's stupid" episode?
