    They have the complete first, second, and third season on DVD. But why did the make the fourth season into volumes, instead of releasing the entire fourth season on DVD like the first, second, and third?

    I think they had some deal with Nick to relase at least on set per year:

    Season 1: 2003
    Season 2: 2004
    Season 3: 2005
    Season 4 Vol. 1: 2006
    Season 4 Vol. 2: 2007
    Season 5 Vol. 1: 2007
    Season 5 Vol. 2: 2008(?)

    Maybe it's just money you have to pay more for 2 volumes rather than one season

    That's what I think because the seasons aren't finished yet so they release volumes instead.
