The entire episode was basically just SpongeBob and Patrick having a sort of dream after the collision. The Squidly returning part must have just been a joke. I actually liked the episode, but why were there so many health references?

Also , the kids will take just about anything that's over the switch of us people. They'll take the worst seasons , and we take the best seasons. Heck , it's just sad to see it become corrupted by Stephen Hillenburg retiring from his old job while still working on Spongebob.
