    There's alot of nudity in the show and i'm not sure that that's PG matiriel( regaurdless it's a cartoon)

    It is a bit awkward at times, but they don't actually show anything remotely close the the actual private parts in nudity, so I think the rating is okay.

    Yeah, there are some very remote moments but they don't do it in too many episodes. At the height of Spongebob's popularity, Spike tv offered Spongebob's creator to make an adult version, but he declined.
