    I don't like that idea, I think Sandy's the only girl for SpongeBob.

    I don't know and the only female sponges that have been seen are SpongeBob's mom and his grandma.

    It's a cartoon.  Anyway, at first I thought Spongebob and Sandy would make a good coupling. The early episodes greatly suggested it. But now, I see them as friends only.

    They already have put on female sponges but they are all Spongebobs relatives, his mom and grandmother.
