    I think its pretty funny for the most part. I mean it is done by the amazingly talented Tom Kenny himself-he invented that laugh. If Spongebob had a different laugh i dont think it would be very funny. I did hear some people say his Season 4 laugh along with his voice is different.

    His laugh never annoyed me for some strange reasons. It just always cracked me up

    I kind of like it, but it can get annoying if SpongeBob keeps laughing non-stop like he did in "Funny Pants".

    SpongeBob's laugh is GREAT. It has changed the whole series though.

    I think it's because he laughed to much, and was one of the most annoying laughs I've ever heard.

    SpongeBob's Laugh an Voice have changed a lot.

    In the first season it was a Little low.

    In the Second it got a little higher.

    In the Third it Stayed the Same.

    In the Fourth Season and the Movie, it sounds like SpongeBob has Been Sucking the Helium out of a Balloon.
