He doesn't add anything new, but everytime he comes, there's a funny episode to go along (except Ugh) with Patchy's appearance.

He's okay. He can funny. I liked how he threw a fit in the Lost Episode when he thought SpongeBob's walk-cyles was the only thing the episode was about. Now that was funny!

He is funny SOMETIMES, like in the Lost Episode and House Party. i cant stand that Potty the Parrott!!!! MAN IS HE ANNOYING!! UGH! BTW--did u know that Stephen Hillenberg (the creator of S/B) does the voice for Potty the Parrott? I just found that out, still an annoying character!

He's okay, he can sometimes humor or interest me, but a lot of the time he is unnecessary and does not really add much to the show.
