Do you hate when Patrick used the knock out ray on Sandy in "Spy Buddies"?

As some of you may know, I absolutely HATE the part in "Spy Buddies" when Patrick uses the knock out ray on Sandy, because Sandy's my favorite character, and I hate to see anything bad happening to her! Does anybody else hate this part, too, if not for the same reasons?

How is this something bad? Patrick makes her fall asleep. That's all. I don't see what the big problem is.

I really don't see the point of nitpicking about this. Besides, didn't Sandy use it on both Patrick AND Spongebob?

Well, they needed her spy stuff and she wouldn't let them use it...

Besides, it's not like they actually hurt Sandy. They just made her sleep.

Well, I feel that Sandy was doing the right thing by not letting them use the equipment, since Spongebob and Patrick are both what the French call les incompetent.
