    here is one plan

    he invents something that makes him invisible and it can make him walk pass stuff then he walks in the krusty krab and then take formale.

    Well, Plankton used up all of the plans, but he may have other plans that can help him take over the world. He can set TV broadcasts all over the world (in the Spongebob Squarepants show), and anybody watching his shows will become a mindless couch potato. He can affect everybody in the TV show of Spongebob, so he could have the world. Sorry about the off-topic stuff, but he wants more than the recipe, he wants to take over the world.
