Incase you don't know, Grabpiccing is where you take a still frame of a cartoon (in this case Spongebob) and trace it smoothly in a vector program (EG. Flash or inkscape) to make a clean and non-blurry image of it. For example: here is my Patrick Grabpic I made today:
