I am watching Spongebob right now, and did you notice most of the NEWEST episodes, like 20,000 patties under the sea, etc? Well, they aren't being ''paired up'' or ''airing'' with the correct show it shows on TV's list. I am watching Spongebob and it is SpongeHenge/Two faces of S.W not the Inmates of summer/Two faces of S.W!!
why is this, all of a sudden?

That means you and me were watching the same episodes at the same time, in completely different places. As for your question, I noticed it too. I don't like how they do it.

I think it's the way that it's officially set up at Nick's studios according to production or something like that. Like with "Best Day Ever" airing with "The Gift of Gum". They were supposed to air together, but Nick never did for some reason.

i noticed that ALOT too, on my digital guide, the episodes name WONT match the episode that will be currently playing.

Nick aired the last four episodes out of production order for some reason when they premiered them last month. They fixed them for the reruns, though, so they now air with the episodes they're supposed to. If you want to know the correct order, just look at the production codes in the episode list.
