SpongeBob SquarePants: Deleted scene in the Movie

I bought the Spongebob squarepants movie today ($2.50 what a bargain) and i looked at the animatics and there was a deleted scene when spongebob and pat walk out of shell city they walk through the street with the crown. They meet Sandy in real life form and then pat barfs everywhere then a man trys to catch Sandy but Sandy shoots him with a gun that shoots nuts. they say goodbye and run away. Then a human version of sponge and pat show up and are shouted at by human squidward

lol, yeah, a very funny scene, I remember the animatics, but their human versions are hideous!

I've seen that too. I can see why they deleted it. That scene was way too weird for cinemas (even though SpongeBob has a tendency to be weird).

It's funny, but I'm glad they changed it and put Shell City on the beach.

... Gee, it's been a while since I've seen that movie. I think it's do for a revisit.

Eh, it was funny as a deleted scene, but I don't think it'd work in the actual movie. It would feel kind of weird and out of place.

I agree. While it is funny and all, it would stall the plot of the movie to some extent.
