Character Review: Patrick

    Well everyone knows the rules except this time its about Patrick

    SEASON 1: A+
    SEASON 2: A+
    SEASON 3: A+
    SEASON 4: A
    SEASON 5: A-
    SEASON 6: A

    Patrick is my favorite character and he was golden during Spongebob's golden years. However his grades did slip for being too stupid in seasons 4-6. I mean come on, even though he was stupid in seasons 1-3 they made it funny. Now its just shaking your head kind of stupid. He was also even acting out of character in some episodes during seasons 4-6. In Gone he attended No Spongebob Day. Patrick saying that Spongebob was not his friend in Battle of Bikini Bottom (BLECH). Making Spongebob's splinter worse in The Splinter (BLECH).

    Still, Patrick is Spongebob's best friend. He is also still one of the funniest characters ever. He is my favorite character on Spongebob.

    FINAL GRADE: A+

    Oh and I also forgot these in my past two character reviews.

    BEST PATRICK EPISODE: Big Pink Loser
    WORST PATRICK EPISODE: The Battle of Bikini Bottom

    Patrick is and will always be one of the best characters but I do have to admit he is starting to get extremely stupid

    Like Mr. Krabs and Plankton, Patrick was an awesome character on the show who had to fall to pieces in the later season. At first he was hilarious and his dumb character made him so funny, but in the season 4 episode, "Driven to Tears/Rule of Dumb", he appeared out of character for the first time, giving him a B+. In season 5, his buttcrack was shown 75% of the time and he was always disgusting and out of character. Luckily, "Rise and Shine" and "Sing a Song of Patrick" corrects this, giving him a D+ instead of an F. In season six, he improved, but he was still out of character in some episodes, like "Gone" and "The Splinter". Luckily his character might come back later in the show, so then I can finally give him an A+ again.

    sounds like you are overexaggerating a little bit about the buttcracks. it wasn't shown 75% of the time. The only episode I can think of with anything buttcrack related in season 5 was spy buddies. are there any others?

    There was "The Donut of Shame" and "New Digs", can't think of the rest. Oh, Patrick's buttcrack was also shown in "Driven to Tears".

    well actually in new digs it was his back that was shown since my best friend has it on his ipod. the donut of shame you were right about though. still that isn't 75% its more like 5%. still i respect your opinion about patrick

    No, but in "New Digs", when a close-up of his back was shown, you see his buttcrack. I'm sorry, but that really ruined the season for me.

    i don't remember there being any buttcracks in donut of shame. oh well, i haven't seen that episode in ages and i don't really plan on watching that episode for a long time

    My favourite character (obviously).
