Character Review: Mr. Krabs

    This is somewhat like DC-Dude's rate and review except we are going to review characters. This one will be about Mr. Krabs. We will simply grade each season Mr. Krabs was in and then write a brief summary of Mr. Krabs overall and a final grade for Mr. Krabs. I intend to make multiple of these topics for the characters of Spongebob. I will start this off so everyone can understand how to do this right

    MR. KRABS

    Season 1: B+

    Season 2: A

    Season 3: A-

    Season 4: B

    Season 5: C

    Season 6: F

    Favorite Mr. Krabs Episode: Krusty Love

    Least Favorite Mr. Krabs Episode: Penny Foolish

    Mr. Krabs was a great character to start off. It was hillarious how cheap he was. But then the new writers overused his obsession of money in the newer seasons leading to his ultimate downfall.

    Final Grade: C

    Best Episode: clapmaster, you said Penny Foolish, but I actually really liked that one (though I do admit it was an example of how they are overusing his money obsession)

    I don't feel like doing it by season either, but here's a full analysis:

    Mr. Krabs is probably my least favorite main character on the show, I hate greedy people. BUT he does have his funny moments, and his quotes are memorable, like "I never felt such strange combination between pitty and indigestion" or "Boo hoo! Let me play you a sad song with world's smallest violin" Things like that make him special. He has a terrific voice acting by Clancy Brown and he.... loves money! I'd give him a B- because there are much more things to live than money, Mr. K.

    I must say, at first I thought Mr. Krabs was phenomonal, but in season 4, his character fell to pieces. He started becoming more cheap than ever, and instead of his wise and smart character, he became very retarded and dumb. Thanks a lot, new writers, you ruined one person that could've been my favorite character on the show.

    Mr. Krabs was also pretty good in season 4, I thought he was doing alright in episodes such as Shell of a Man, don't you think?

    That episode came wicked close for me to put in as the worst Mr. Krab's episode, because I agree that he was wicked mean and uncool in that episode. But since you kinda can only choose one worst episode, TKK and PF were both seriously horrible, but somehow PF I thought was a little worse because he seemed at least a little more annoying in that one since he wouldn't stop for anything at just getting a measley penny. That episode showed WAY too much over-abuse of Mr. Krab's greediness. TKK was also very bad too and would have scored 2nd place as worst Mr. Krabs episode in my opinion. Just letting you know about that.

    Sorry if I offended u aaronofhearts. i didn't realize that u mentioned the krabby kronicle in ur first post. i think penny foolish is bad too, but i think that the krabby kronicle is worse because he did something illegal. But they're both really bad either way. Again, i'm really sorry if i offended u.

    Don't worry you didn't so there's no problems and no worries. Its okay that you missed it but saw it by looking again at my post, so don't worry I wasn't offended by anything. Yeah TKK was bad since he did do illegal things and why show little kids that and show bad examples? Its just not right. TV has become quite evil and idiotic these days.

    I really want to know whose decision it was to put The Krabby Kronicle on the air. I was expecting to read an article in the paper about a child who counterfeited money because he or she saw it on spongebob. I hope they cut that scene out.

    yeah that scene was terrible, but i still liked the episode. however, mr krabs is a huge bully who needs to learn his lesson. i wish that they tortured him just like they did patty caper

    I forgot about the counterfieting (Sp?) thing!

    They'd better take that scene out, or every SpongeBob fan in the world above the age of about 8 will have a word with Nickelodeon!!
